Welcome to the official wholesale website of Discovery C. By accessing and placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Company Information

Discovery C is a Swiss-based health supplement brand specializing in premium Vitamin C in powder sachet form. All wholesale transactions are governed under Swiss commercial and e-commerce regulations.

2. Eligibility for Wholesale

Wholesale orders are available to verified businesses, including:

  • Retailers and distributors

  • Pharmacies and health stores

  • Naturopaths

  • E-commerce sellers

  • Wellness professionals

We reserve the right to request proof of business identity before fulfilling any order.

3. Minimum Order Requirements

The minimum wholesale order is 80 boxes (each box contains 30 sachets of Vitamin C powder). Orders below the minimum threshold may not be accepted unless previously approved in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in CHF or EUR unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit card (limits may apply)

  • PayPal (on request)

Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping via trusted logistics providers. Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and order volume.

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days upon payment confirmation.

  • Delivery delays due to customs or external factors are not the responsibility of Discovery C.

  • Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the product (health supplements), returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged goods upon arrival

  • Incorrect orders

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Product Use and Liability

Discovery C is intended for use as a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We are not liable for:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Use of the product beyond its expiry date

  • Misuse of health claims in your resale marketing

8. White-Label / Private Label Agreements

Custom packaging, white-label, or OEM services require separate agreements. MOQs and production timelines apply. Discovery C reserves all intellectual property rights to the base formulation unless explicitly transferred in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, text, images, and design, is the intellectual property of Discovery C and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Jurisdiction & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from wholesale transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.

11. Modifications to Terms

Discovery C reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
